JUBILEE FEATURES AT SNEEKY SATURDAY!!!

JUBILEE from New York had everyone dancing their pants off at Newcastle's first Saturday afternoon dance fest SNEEKY SATURDAY and from what I can see there is potential for it to be a regular for those who like to bring their dancing pants out before sundown! Sleater Brokman from Sydney couldn't go unmentioned with an awesome minimal set out in the back bar which was definately not as appreciated as it should have been and local DJ's Ned Kelly, Mark Maxwell, Jace Cordell, Bart Smith, A-Catt, TAP TAP!, G-len, Beatnik dj's and Dan McNab kept the crowd entertained.

I got chatting to JUBILEE or 4am-Jess as she is otherwise known as about her short trip down to our southern land to headline WHAM and to catch up with some of her Sydney friends. She said she hasn't been here long and has only really had enough time to visit Taronga Zoo and eat a roo burger. Her past few months have involved a very hectic schedule that has her finally flying home to her loved Brooklyn, New York in only a few days.

JUBILEE's CV illustrates an very impressive and entrepreneurial young lady from New York who runs label Nightshifters and founded Flashing Lights an event held at Brklyn Yard which is featuring Sydney's Anna Lunoe this weekend.

You can download her latest mix "Bad Decisions below and get her tracklisting from her myspace site.
